On the afternoon of February 3, 2025, a man was apprehended by
the U.S. Secret Service after climbing over a fence surrounding
the White House grounds. The daring act took place at approximately
4:20 p.m. on the South Grounds of the White House, which
prompted a swift and highly coordinated security response.
