Richard visits his daughter, Deidre, on his 80th birthday, only to find her distraught and evasive.

The men ransack her house and leave with valuables, prompting Richard to follow them to a club. Confronting Mr. Marco, Richard learns Deidre took the loan for a failed business venture. While delivering the money, Richard discovers Mr. Marco smuggles contraband. A car he had used earlier, filled with illegal goods, accidentally lands in a river, leading police to raid the club.
