Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were once one of the most beloved couples in Hollywood.

However, it looks like the situation between the power couple took a drastic turn as their relationship turned ugly and they went their separate ways.

Initially, fans were thrilled that Pitt and Jolie took their marriage vows, after all, they had been in a relationship for a decade then.

But the joy turned into heartache as Angelina Jolie decided to file for a divorce, and it turned out to be so ugly that the aftereffects and lawsuits continue to this day.

However, it looks like the long and ugly battle in court with his ex-wife is nearing its end, as Brad Pitt has reportedly decided to give up.

Although the divorce proceedings continued for 3 years and with the custody battle and later the lawsuit related to Chateau Miraval still ongoing, Pitt has decided to put the legal proceedings behind because he wants to mend his relationship with Maddox Chivan Jolie, their first adopted son from Cambodia.

“It’s sometimes been painful, but Brad has grown so much. He’s turned a corner in what he wants and is living a whole new life. He’s finally putting his wellbeing and his family first.”

According to the source, Pitt wants to end his long and tiring legal battle. Even though the actor is on “good terms” with his other five children, he is not on talking terms with his eldest son, Maddox Chivan Jolie.
