CEO Of Canada’s Second-Largest Company Backs Trump’s Tariffs

The CEO of Canada’s second-largest publicly traded company stated that Canadians support the actions President Trump is calling for and criticized outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for not averting the trade war, according to a Sunday report.

On Saturday, Trump, 78, signed an executive order imposing 25% tariffs on Canada, citing the country’s failure to meet his demands to help curb the fentanyl trade and illegal immigration.
