My Husband’s Coworker Is Crossing Boundaries

I (29F) have been married to my husband (32M) for 4 years, and our relationship has been smooth.

Recently, I made my husband’s favorite breakfast burrito as a surprise. I woke up early to prepare it for him before he left for work, knowing he’d be busy.

When he came home that evening, he seemed uncomfortable and eventually admitted he hadn’t eaten the meal I made. Instead, he accepted food from a young coworker, saying he didn’t want to be rude. I felt hurt and disrespected, especially after spending so much time preparing the meal. When I expressed my feelings, he dismissed it, saying it wasn’t a big deal and he didn’t want to seem rude. I’m still upset and wondering if I overreacted.
